As your personal trainer, we will sit down for a consultation and review your current fitness level and go through any issues you may have. I will make a program to suit your individual needs. Whatever your goals may be for example weight loss, general health, building muscle or prepping for a competition, I can help you achieve them. This will include all components of cardio, strength, core and flexibility training. We can train in a fitness facility or in the comfort of your own home.
Initial consultation is free, and we will discuss your goals & help with goal setting. We will discuss strengths & weaknesses to determine what is possible for you.

If you are training for a show or for your first show, I will help you achieve all of your competition goals. You will learn everything you need from 12 weeks out all the way to the day of the show.
My services will provide:

- How to walk and pose
- Where to get the right suits and shoes that look professional on stage
- How to apply your tanning products
